I really enjoyed this fourth installment of the Cork O'Connor series. This story follow Cork and his wife Jo as they defend a local 18 year old man who is accused of murdering a high school senior girl in town. The mystery in this book is good, with enough twists and turns to keep you guessing. However, unlike many mysteries I have read, when you finally found out who the murder really is, it makes sense. This novel worked in religion and faith in a way that worked well in the story, and gave the book a deeper meaning for both the characters and the reader. Great stuff from Krueger and this is becoming a favorite series.
